Weekend Revolutionaries is the Euro house project of an anonymous solo artist/producer from Coffs Harbour, Australia. The musical influences of the project include Delorean, M83, New Order, Washed Out and Cut Copy. Weekend Revolutionaries currently releases music through online distribution service Bandcamp, and is signed to Prague/London electronic label Amdiscs.

The 4th Weekend Revolutionaries record, Movement, was released on July 4, 2011 through Bandcamp and August 26, 2011 through Amdiscs. The record showcases a colourful melange of Balearic beat, ‘Madchester’ rave music, French house, Italo disco and chillwave styles. Influenced by the vitality and volatility of the 1980s Manchester rave scene, the paradoxical idea of isolation within a bustling metropolis, inner city life and the daily commute, the reverb-soaked, lush and layered sounds of shoegaze, and the ethereal and euphoric feel of Balearic house music and European underground disco. Movement is currently available in both digital and physical form.
